Rafi arrived early and examined the locks requiring service.  He was very friendly and provided a quick estimate for the project with same day service. Fortunately (for me) a neighbor found my key set and they were returned before the work was done. I felt bad to waste his time but Rafi was very gracious. Good reference for anyone needing lock services!
